Early Fall Sports Registration Essential Question: Have I successfully completed the registration process for the sport I want to play? Objective: To complete registration process by Friday, August 24 th to be ready to start practice on Monday, August 27 th. Do Now: Listen to the presentation and ask questions to clarify understanding. Agenda: Review DPS Prep League Philosophy. Review Athletic Physical and Emergency Card Form. What sport do I want to play? Materials: Athletic Physical and Emergency Card Form (Parent permission slip) Assignment: Take form home to be completed by you and your family, returning form to main office by Friday, August 24 th.

Early Fall Sports Registration Practice: Boys & Girls Cross Country – 5 days a week, 4:00 – 5:00pm Boys Soccer – 5 days a week, 4:00 – 5:30pm Boys Golf – Mondays and Wednesdays, 3:15 – 5:15pm Attendance: Missing more than one practice per week will result in reduced playing time during games.

Early Fall Sports Registration Team Size: Golf and Soccer - could have a limited number of participants depending on student interested. Once final numbers are determined a selection process will be communicated, if necessary. Cross Country - has an unlimited number of participants
