7 Other Issues (3 of 4): Draft revision of Recommendation ITU-R M.1642 Methodology for determining aggregate effective power flux density (epfd) levels in MHz band –Protects ARNS systems from new RNSS –Used in RNSS-provider coordination meetings to ensure aggregate limits not exceeded (5.328A, Resolution 609 (WRC-2003)) Draft revision addresses non-GSO RNSS operating in elliptical orbits
