General Plan - Overview/Purpose ✤ The purpose of the manual is to provide staff with a quick reference guide to use in a crisis. It is the _______________ (name of organization) philosophy that a planned and organized approach is more effective in reducing psychological and social difficulties following a crisis. The Crisis Response Manual includes procedures that were designed to deal with a number of tragedies that could occur in ____________ (name of organization).
