LIONS EYE BANK Financially support the Lions Eye Bank Medical Lab at the Buhler Eye Care Centre at Misericordia Health Centre for equipment and promotional materials Provide eye exams and eyewear to approved individuals Provide funding assistance for travel, surgery, prosthetics and adaptive technology for the visually impaired Provide equipment to hospitals, schools and library

Journey for Sight

The Lions Eye Bank is very grateful for the fundraising efforts of Journey for Sight. Since 1986 this volunteer group of dedicated people have raised over $2,000,000 with funds assisting individuals hospitals, libraries, schools enhancing quality of life for everyone.

Canadian Lions Eyeglass Recycle Centre (CLERC)

CLERC is a Canadian Lions eyeglass recycle program that the Lions Eye Bank promote. With your help, we shipped 40,000 pairs in CLERC provides recycled eye wear free of charge to people in developing countries. The eye glasses we provide to those needing it starts with YOU! Do not throw away someone chance for a clearer tomorrow. DONATE TODAY! “For most of the world, glasses are too scarce and expensive. They are not an option. Children drop out of school because they cannot see well enough to read and parents who need glasses may lose their jobs.”

Donations to the Lions Hearing Foundation also helps establish the Lions Children’s Hearing and Education Resource Centre located at 320 Sherbrook Street, Winnipeg, MB.
