Association of Salaried Agricultural Employees Organisations MTJL MTJL represents officials who act in the field of A.I. Members are e.g. inseminators, also ones specialised in embryo transfers and fertility advising, animal tenders, laboratory workers, farm workers, office workers and drivers of cooperatives liquid nitrogen and animal trucks. As employers act cooperatives and limited companies, owned by cattle owners, and also different companies acting on the line. Collective agreement in A.I field is generally binding and negotiated by MTJL. In MTJL there are about 380 members.
