 If you or a colleague has an idea for a research project and needs the funds to get it off the ground, apply by October 1, 2010, for an ONS Foundation small research grant.  ONS Foundation small research grants are available to nurses in all settings and at all practice levels. These $10,000 awards help nurses to answer a clinical question that has no research evidence base.  Start your program of research with small research grant funding.  Conduct a pilot or feasibility study.  Scientifically explore an innovative approach to patient problems and nursing interventions.  Learn how to conduct research with an experienced investigator.

The Bucks-Montgomery Counties Chapter of ONS Donated funds for two scholarships, for a women diagnosed with breast cancer, to attend this years Breast Cancer Coalition Annual Conference on October 13, Conference will be the Harrisburg Hilton Chapter has requested one scholarship to be designated to a women from Bucks County and one to be designated to a women Montgomery County.
