Proposal components Title page: descriptive title, who it’s being prepared for, by whom (including contact details), the date Body –Background, Purpose and Value –Objectives –Work Plan –Time and Cost Budget by Activity –Personnel, their Education and Experience

Background, Purpose and Value Demonstrate you have an understanding of the business/organization Describe the context of the key issue (challenge, opportunity or problem) Clearly state the purpose of the assignment Indicate the value the completed project will have for the business/organization

Objectives Indicate the specific things that will need to be accomplished in order to achieve the project’s overall purpose
