ERecruit What is ERecruit? Is an online program designed to make the hiring process more efficient. Provide user friendly job search available to the university departments and the community. The Role of Case Employment Office Located in 304 Crawford Hall is responsible for Administering the employment process of Case staff (i.e., non-faculty) employees; fulfilling the staff employment needs of Case by committing to and complying with all federal and state statutes enforced by the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) and the U.S. Department of Labor; following outlined hiring procedures for the purpose of serving in the best interest of the university and providing a high quality, professional service to its community; and maintaining the strictest of confidentiality with the university, its employees, and applicants. 2

The Compensation office provides administrative guidance to supervisors in paying employees competitively for the contributions each employee makes toward the success of the individual departments and the University as a whole.
