7 Local Decision on PPP The first Decision on PPP in Serbia, since 2009 The aim is to raise the level of communal services and attract foreign and domestic investments (on profit basis) in further City development The document enables the collaboration with the private partner through the establishment of corporate companies, public utility companies or entrusting the public utilities and common building The share of the City cannot be less then 30% and may be comprised of: land, land development fees, consulting, market, know-how or financial resources By obtaining properties through joint construction, establishing companies with investors from the country and abroad on profit basis.
