Weekly Newsletter for 9/21 – 9/25 This week we will focus on just right reading. Students will learn how to choose a just right book as well as why it is important to read just right books. This week students will learn about number bonds and use number bonds to understand the relationship between addition and subtraction. Students will work on understanding the differences between letters, words, and sentences. We will be focusing on sentence dictation and checking our sentences using COPS. C – capitalization, O – organization, P – punctuation, and S – spelling. Homework Red words are now listed on the back of this newsletter. Please work on these nightly. Please send in BOX TOPS!
