© The EPSA 2011: the Results In total, more than 350 European public organisations registered on the EPSA online system; A total of 274 applications were finally submitted and were eligible; Applications were received from 32 European countries and 7 from EU institutions; Among the "top submitters" were countries such as Spain, Romania, Austria, Italy, Poland and Germany.

© The EPSA 2011 Evaluation & Selection Process STEP 1: Individual online evaluation by each evaluator, in isolation and remotely based. Each project evaluated by three evaluators (triple evaluation). Period: 2-6 May 2011 STEP 2: Consensus meeting to reach a commonly agreed list of ranked projects per theme; to define the best practice certificate recipients; and to agree on top-ranked shortlisted projects for onsite visits. Period: May 2011 STEP 3: Onsite validation visits to shortlisted projects for validation and verification purposes. Period: June/July 2011 STEP 4: Jury meeting to select and decide on the group of 5 nominees and 3 EPSA winners (one per theme). Date: 5 September applications from 32 countries and EU institutions 21 projects from 10 countries 15 Nominees (5 per theme) & 3 Award Winners 58 BPCs from 18 countries 43 Best Practice Certificates
