Making a Power Point with Hyperlinks 1.We are going to create a Power Point with hyperlinks that show the properties of metals. 2.Open Microsoft Office Power Point. 3.Select a plain slide with no text boxes. 4. Click on Word Art and type Metals.

1.Create a blank slide. On this slide, you will find an image (go to Google images) that represents malleable. 2.Once you have copied & pasted the picture onto the blank slide, enlarge it to almost fill the entire page. 3.Next you are going to create a hyperlink from the vocabulary word to the picture you have selected.
Malleable Ductile Luster 1. To create the hyperlink to your picture, click on auto shapes, action buttons - choose the blank one. Then click under the word Malleable. You have created the “button”. 2.A box will appear, click hyperlink, select the slide your picture is on. 3.You’re done – the hyperlink to your picture has been created!

1.Repeat this procedure for each property. 2. When you have finished continue and create slides for each one of the properties of a non metal.
