Key Recommendations Objective 7: Streamline and align staff and commissions to improve workflow and cost-effectiveness Recommendations: 1.Merge HECC and OSAC 2.Consolidate state post-secondary agencies 3.Continues OEIB as ultimately responsible for overall state education leadership, with the ability to delegate portions of its responsibilities to “sub- councils” (i.e. ELC, OSEC, HECC). Pursue cross- membership as time-practical
