3 Jefferson Memorial ● The Jefferson Memorial is a memorial dedicated to the 3 rd president, Thomas Jefferson. ● Construction was completed in ● One of the most important of the American founding fathers.

4 Washington Monument ● The Washington Monument was built in honor of George Washington, the U.S. first president. ● The Monument was completed in 1885.

5 Vietnam Wall ● The Vietnam Wall is a memorial dedicated to the Veterans who died in the Vietnam War. ● The walls seem to stretch into the distance directing us towards the Washington Monument and the Lincoln Memorial.

6 Basilica of the National Shrine of the Immaculate Conception ● The Basilica is the largest Roman Catholic Church in the United States and North America. ● This church is one of the 10 largest churches in the world.
