Common Student Dress  Must Be Worn on First Day of School  Black, Khaki, or Denim Pants, Shorts, or Skirt  No Red, Blue, Maroon, or Camouflage  Bernal Polo Shirt OR White, Black, or Gray Polo Shirt (New for )  Sweatshirts/Jackets must be plain and either White, Black, or Gray  Will Receive a Community Service at lunch and Parent Phone Call if Not Worn

Attendance/Tardies  10% of the days enrolled is excessive  Out of 30 student days - no more than 3 absences or tardies  District Attorney partnership  Student Attendance Review Board (SARB)

Tardies  Must be in seat when bell rings  1 st & 2 nd – Teacher Consequence  3 rd – Teacher Consequence & Phone Call to Parent  4 th – Lunch Detention  5 th – After School Detention  6 th - Other Consequences: –Parent meeting –Friday School –SARB Referral
