The Opportunity The quality of university level open educational content has been increasing rapidly Educational modalities available: –Recorded lectures (videos, screencasts, audio podcasts, etc.) –Interactive tutorials and quizzes –Full Free Online Textbooks

The Challenge The quality is variable on the open web Top down efforts (e.g. MIT Opencourseware) are incomplete Students will supplement their information sources spontaneously – how can we guide them?
