 Nov 12 – Hwy 12, ID (mile marker 132) – Clearwater River – 850 gals Gasoline – EPA (OSC Liverman) provided oversight  Nov 14 – Detroit, OR – N Santiam River – 2700 gals Used Oil – EPA (OSC Heister) and DEQ provided oversight  Nov 28 – Bellevue, WA – Yarrow Creek to Lake Washington – 2500 gals Gasoline – EPA (OSCs Rodin/Zavala) and Ecology provided oversight

 November 14  Tulalip Indian Reservation, WA  Anhydrous ammonia  470 gallon tank with 100 gals washed ashore  USCG/Ecology lead  EPA (OSC Dettling) provided ambient air monitoring

 December 24  Gypsy Queen  Everett, WA  Steamboat Slough  EPA (OSC Smith) provided Pollution Removal Funding Authorization to Ecology

 December 29  Atkinson Distributing, Inc. (cardlock fueling operation)  Orofino, ID  Unknown oil product was discovered “blooming” near shoreline  Clearwater River  EPA (OSC Liverman) found no loss of product through pressure testing of pipes and fuel inventory of nearby cardlock facility.  EPA (OSC Weigel) continues to assess for source of release.
