-What information do the repair firms need prior to going out to the customers residence? What do you need?
-Detailed description of the damage inspected -Provide the repair cost for an item even if it can potentially be denied Repairable Items
-What is a reasonable cost for digital photos? -Provide a picture of the entire piece and the specific area damaged Digital Photos

-Obtain estimate if needed to support the claim -Advise the adjuster if there is going to be an additional fee 3 rd Party Estimate
-Provide the carrier with a detailed description of the damage -If the damage is deniable please describe why Non Repairable Items
