1 Click on Job Report- Report Lines
First Report Setting the Job Report screen up Click on Job Report- Report Lines This screen will appear

2 Select the technician that visited
Use the drop down boxes to select the claim type, room count, job success Select the technician that visited Room count to reflect the rooms affected Job Success to reflect the overall job outcome Item Group, choose what type of item this is Replacement cost, add the item details and rep cost Dimensions, add the size of the room- 4x3 (height 2.5) If it is a contents item, add the size of it- 2 seater sofa, or dining table 3ft x 6ft Penalty fee awarded for- Replacement cost not being filled in Dimensions sizes missing (incorrect) Incorrect room count

3 It should look similar to the below box when completed
Ticking yes/no for replacement required will open the field adjacent for appointing the replacement company Type in what the item is Carpet/ bed/ table etc. Choose the room from the drop down box Drop down box for Repair location, this will open the two boxes below for the date taken and returned if off site The Dimensions box is to contain the size of the room- Length x width (height) If the item group is for an item of contents then the box is to contain the room size OR the item size- 2 seater sofa OR table 3ft x 6ft It should look similar to the below box when completed

4 Once item one has been added, click on Add New Item to add another item
Each room should be an item with the replacement cost and dimensions filled in Contents items can be added as separate items with the replacement costs and dimensions filled in. Dimensions for contents can be the room size or the item size ie- 2 seater sofa

5 Entering the report lines
Click on Enter Initial Observations Enter the initial observations of the room Add a sentence to advise what the photo shows Add a photo by browsing the files on your computer

6 Once you have submitted the Initial Observation the line for initial observation will change to Enter New Report Details Enter as many report lines and photos as needed. These should flow in the order of the works done You can add dates to show when the works took place

7 The report is to be itemised, each room should show what has happened in it and whether the works were successful or not Do this for each item
