Sanding External Arcs Sanding external arcs is defined as sanding an arc that is formed where an edge and an end of a piece of material meet at a radius.
Sanding Angles Sanding angles is defined as sanding an area of a piece of material that is not 90 degrees to an edge or end.
Straight Sanding Straight sanding is defined as sanding an end of a piece of material that needs a 90 degree end to edge sand.
Operation Procedure 1 1. Make sure the table is 90 degrees to the disk
Operation Procedure 2 2. Turn the machine on and clean the disk with the disk eraser.
Operation Procedure 3 Move the project across the table utilizing the whole disk (center to end) for even wear and to prevent burn marks.
Set table 90° to the disk
