Scope of Considerations solidify and enhance the critical juncture between the library and the university curriculum as a whole will foster a climate at the campus level to make information literacy part of the entire curriculum lead and coordinate the planning, implementation and evaluation of a campus-wide information literacy program; be an advocate for information literacy and library user education, both within and beyond the library; design and/or strengthen the infrastructures (organizational, physical, and policy) that support information literacy initiatives; build and strengthen collaborative partnerships beyond the Library; nurture the professional development of librarians as educators and serve as a resource person for library faculty and staff in this area
