How Do We Relate?

Relationships Many organisms have developed a close relationship with other organisms of different species. These close relationships are called symbiosis In symbiosis, one or both of the organisms can benefit form the interaction

Symbiosis There are three types of symbiosis: – Commensalism – Mutualism – Parasitism

Commensalism The relationship between two different species where one species benefits but the other is not affected.

Mutualism The relationship between two different species where both organisms benefit.

Parasitism The relationship between two different species where one organism benefits, and the other is harmed.
