2 Symbiosis A relationship between two organisms where one organism depends on the other for a necessary resource

3 3 types of Symbiosis Parasitism – one organism called the parasite- lives on another, called the host. The parasite is helped, the host is harmed. (tick on a dog)

4 Mutualism- both organisms benefit crocodile and bird

5 Commensalism- one organism benefits, the other is not helped or harmed (shark and remora)
