11 Status ICC 2009 Significant Supporters So far no signed contract Confirmed: -Qualcomm(30kEUR), Actix (5kEUR), Signalion (5kEUR), Dresden (20kEUR) Very likely sponsoring: -Vodafone (>= 15kEUR), Ericsson (>= 5kEUR), Broadcom (>= 5kEUR), NEC (>= 5kEUR), T-Mobile (>= 15kEUR); -Requirement to be Keynote speaker: 5kEUR (though 15kEUR is recommended) 150kEUR seems to be a very likely patronage Additionally, several patronage requests are still not answered/decided yet.

13 Status ICC 2009 Local arrangements Current choice is Westin Bellevue -Banquet in Atrium of the hotel -combined with tents outside of the hotel -Located directly at the banks of the river Elbe -Walking distance to conference venue: ca. 5-10min Overall cost for 520 attendees: ca. 95,000 USD (excl. VAT) Currently last alternative is evaluated (Albertinum Dresden), which is prefered as long as costs are not higher
