Who is the Program For? Becoming a New Barefoot Doctor is a life calling. While the ideal candidate is already licensed and solidly in the clinical practice of some branch of medicine, and ready to transcend their modality; experience has proven that the best New Barefoot Doctors are not necessarily the most academically qualified ones, but rather, the ones who have the deepest connection with and life calling to the work. All applicants will be considered. What is the Curriculum for the New Barefoot Doctor Program? Successful completion of Modules 1 & 8 plus your choice of any 4 of the remaining 6 Modules. Additional Modules may be optionally taken on a pay per unit basis: Module 1: Foundations in Natural Healing (200 Hours) Module 2: (Assessment) Living Blood and Crystallized Blood Microscopy (200 Hours) Module 3: (Assessment) Sclerology Eye-White Reading (100 Hours) Module 4: (Treatment) New Natural Medicines for 21st Century (100 Hours) Module 5: (Treatment) Introducing the Nutripuncture Healing System (200 Hours) Module 6: (Business) Practice Management for Success and Growth (100 Hours) Mod. 7: (Theory) New Medical Microbiology and Immunology for East/West Studies (200 Hours) Module 8: Doctoral Thesis: (100 Hours) Program Cost Any 4 modules and Module 8 Doctoral Thesis: $5,000 paid in advance, $6,000 paid $500 monthly. By the Unit, or additional Modules $20 - $25 per Hour. Prices are Special Introductory Pricing Available to Students Enrolling Prior to 11/11/11. Program Format Instruction will be one day per week via web (3 hours instruction, and 5 hours self study), and one or two In-person instruction sessions per month, which will include the monthly examinations.
