Acting out a scenario With a partner act out a scenario There are 3 role plays for you to try For each one, act it out twice First time: Act it out and ‘be angry’ Second time: Try and find a solution to the problem

Acting out a scenario After each scenario discuss the following points: What did it feel like first time round? How did you manage to resolve the conflict? Was it easy or hard?

Flow diagram You will be given a partly completed flow diagram You have to write in a ‘peaceful act’ for each level of the flow diagram Flow diagram

Flow diagram Questions: How many people were involved or hurt in the different stages of the conflict? Where was it easiest to think of a peaceful action? (Near the beginning, or near the end?) 3. Why is it harder to do the right thing – what does it take? Flow diagram
