Goal #1: Alignment for Impact: Health Care Transformation Devise experiential learning opportunities for students and residents that contribute to the solution of important problems in health care. Paradigm shift: learners add value, not waste

These are Systems Issues Problem: Medical Education has not successfully incorporated systems thinking into the professional identity of a physician. Our focus has been on innovations to ensure the singular contributions of the individual
