Facts Obesity is becoming the worlds biggest health problem deaths a year in England alone. The number of obese children has tripled over the last 20 years. There are approximately 1.8 million overweight children and 700,000 obese children living in the U.K. Worldwide 155 million school age children are overweight or obese % of children over the age of six spend less than the recommended minimum of one hour a day doing moderate intensity activities.
