Science Fiction writers follow two major rules: 1.Base a story on something known to be true among scientists today.

Science Fiction writers follow two major rules: 2. Use their imagination to answer the question: “What might happen if this scientific development grew or was used in some extraordinary way.

The characters from science fiction come from the writers imagination. Writers must: 1.Make the character believable. He or she must have goals, feelings, needs and reactions that readers can identify with.

2. But the characters must be different from ordinary people. He or she should have special knowledge or skills, or a character trait such as great curiosity or an unusual sense of adventure.

These books may take place in the future or on an imagined faraway planet— perhaps even in a universe parallel to Earth.

This is the book after Jumanji. It is about 2 brothers who have found the game, but this time it’s called Zathura and they are not in the wild anymore, they’re in SPACE!

These books are about Peter Thompson and classmates fighting their teachers from other planets.

Iron man is the story of a huge metal robot who crashes to Earth and after putting himself back together begins to devour cars, tractors and everything in site. While farmers and townspeople run around trying to stop him, destroy him, or capture him only one boy s understands what must be done. Meanwhile, an even bigger threat hovers over the land, in the shape of an evil-looking space-bat- angel-dragon.

This is the story of a girl named Aurora, who is forced to move on the moon by her parents. After leaving her boyfriend and school behind, the only thing she feels that she will find there is no atmosphere. But what she ends up finding is herself.

One stormy night a strange visitor comes to the Murry house and beckons Meg, her brother, Charles Wallace, and their friend Calvin OKeefe on a most dangerous and fantastic journey that will threaten their lives and our universe.

A mad dictator will destroy the universe by declaring nuclear war, in the next 24 hours, unless Charles Wallace can go back in time to change one of the many Might- Have-Beens in history. This amazing young man psychically enters four different people from other eras.

A group of Britons try to establish life on a new planet when they realize that the earth is dying.
