Procedure (if necessary) method or steps taken to make an investigation, listing sources consulted, telephone calls or visits made 3. Findings facts, areas under consideration, headings, subheadings, bullets, numbers 4. Conclusions summary of the main findings 6. Recommendations (if required) – suggesting the solutions to the problem investigated ( Companies use different formats and do not completely follow the structure presented above).
