High School Transcripts “Cumulative File” Official document showing all courses taken in high school, grades earned and conduct record All graduation requirements are listed as complete or incomplete Documentation required by colleges, military, and/or scholarship organizations

Grade Point Average Cumulative: The average grade for all courses taken in high school Academic: The average grade for all approved college prep courses A=4.0, B=3.0, C=2.0, D=1.0, F=0.0 Weighted grades for honors/AP classes Convert all letter grades to point grades Multiply each point grade by the number of units for that class (i.e.: 3.0 x 5 units= 15) to get points for that class Add all class points together Divide by the number of total units
