Abraham Lincoln Abraham Lincoln persevered by helping keep the North and South together and freeing slaves. Even though a lot of people were against him, he never backed down from his position, and he never let his country down. He knew what he had to do for his country, and he did it. He persevered, by spending all his time working to help his country and the people in it. He gave speeches, to the public to try to get them to help his cause. George Washington persevered by helping free us from Great Britten even though they had a better army and navy, and people said that the British were too strong. He refused his position as a king or a ruler for life, because he thought that his country had worked to hard to free them selves from that. He did what he thought was right. He persevered for his country, and helped them endlessly. George Washington

Lincoln persevered by overcoming his lack of education. He also had to overcome the other runners in the elections. The voters also trusted that he would do what they wanted. Without the voters he had supporting him, he would have not come in first in the election. He was also always in command, and he never let his country down. He helped keep the United States together, through the civil war, and helped free slaves in our country. All the objectives he persevered through helped people, and led up to what he did for his country. He also had to have people trust him. He did that by helping people and by studying law. People knew then that they could trust him, and they knew that he knew what he was doing.

Abraham Who excels at law, leadership, and partnership Who stands for freedom, equality, and friendship Who is against slavery, killing, and unfairness Who gives his thoughts, resources, and time Who believes in himself, others, and his country Who would like to see his effect, freedom and fairness Lincoln
