Training: Innovative guidance methods to support mobility Organizers: EURES & Euroguidance networks in Estonia and Finland Target group: Estonian and Finnish career counsellors from PES, universities, schools and EURES advisers, EURES assistants. Purpose of the training is to strengthen the participants’ guidance and counselling skills in situations where they work with clients interested in international mobility. Benefits: chance to create networks with other practitioners and exchange ideas on good guidance and counselling methods and practices. Duration of the training course: two contact seminars (one in Estonia and another in Finland) and two two-day job-shadowing periods
