FORMS AND ORDER OF REALIZATION OF CUSTOM CONTROL(CC)

Customs control measures may have the following forms: verification of documents and information;verbal inquiry; acquirement of explanations;customs monitoring; customs examination of goods and means of transport; customs inspection of goods and means of transport; personal search; verification of special markings or other identification of goods; customs inspection of rooms and territories for customs control purposes; customs auditing.

The customs authorities verify the documents and the information submitted to them at the instance of customs registration of goods and means of transport in accordance with the provisions of this Customs Code for the purpose of verifying the authenticity of documents and of the information contained therein, as well as the compliance of their formats.

The basic areas of activities of Head department arrangement of fulfillment of customs operations concerning transferred goods and vehicles across the customs border of the RT in the process of application of customs procedures; arrangement of application of customs regulations and special customs procedures;

determination of procedures and work methods of customs processing depending on kinds of goods transferred across the customs border of the Republic of Tajikistan, a type of transport used for such transfer, categories of persons who transfer goods and vehicles, including an establishment of special simplified procedures of customs processing;

arrangement of realization of customs control in the process of application of customs procedures of arrival of goods on customs territory of the RT, internal customs transit, temporary storage of goods, declaring of goods, release of goods, departure of goods from customs territory of the RT (including control of actual export);

Head department functions Develops projects of federal acts, regulatory legal acts of the President of the RT and the Government of the RT and other documents on which the decision of the Government of the RT is required, concerning the issues that are within the competence of Head department, for the further introduction to the Government of the RT.

procedures and work methods of customs processing depending on kinds of goods transferred across the customs border of the RT, type of transport used for such transfer, categories of persons who transfer goods and vehicles;

Improves and simplifies customs procedures, including those concerning goods and vehicles intended for personal, family, house and other needs that are not connected with realization of entrepreneurial activity and that are transferred by physical persons across the customs border of the RT.

Participate in the development and introduction of complex system of risk evaluation.

Participate in the improvement of Central Register of subjects of foreign economic activity and in the creation of automatic system of complex accounting and analysis of participants of foreign economic activity integrating with informatics resources of law and regulatory authorities existing in Common automatic informatics system of customs authorities.

Participate in the development and implementation of central register of goods and customs authorities of RT
