2. “Procedure for registration of the transaction certificate (PS) for export of cottony products by serving banks” it is registered in the ministry of justice of republic of Tajikistan, from July 31, 2003 of #92

Procedure for registration of the transaction certificate (PS) for export of cottony products by serving banks is developed compliance with items 2 and 3 of the presidential decree of the Republic of Tajikistan # 899 from September 23, 2002.and regulates general provisions, requirements and mechanisms of registration certificates for export of cottony products the accounting treatment and the reporting, procedure for abandoning of registration for export of cottony products by serving banks.

4. General provisions 1.Serving authorized banks as agents of currency control of cottony products( the cottony filament, the lint, ulyuk, cyclonic down-further cottony products). 2.Export of cottony products for limens of the country for the purchase of ensuring accomplishment of dept obligations of cotton producer, is drown up by passports of transactions.

5. 3.The transaction certificate(PS)-the document having the specific form which is filled with the exporter in triplicate and provided to bank in which the advance payment of cost of exported cottony products arrived. 4. Drawn-up PS is the establishment for issue to the exporter serving bank of the reference on the advance payment of cost cottony production and the tax discharge fro sale.

Certificates of the advance payment receipt on exporter`s currency account are given away by serving banks only addressed of National Bank of Tajikistan under condition of provision by the exporter of the reference or the supporting document about transfer of the sales tax on the transit account of the Central Control on Treasury of the ministry of Finance of the RT of the Tajikistan which was in National Bank

7. 5. Banks after registration of PS according to the export contract of cottony products perform converting of the tax amount from sale on somon list it on the transit account of the Central Control on treasury of the ministry of Finance of the RT
