Ongoing Classroom Support Classrooms require a high level of support and maintenance. Team of 4-5 student assistants. Bi-weekly room checks Our goal is to respond to a problem in a classroom within minutes of a call. Help departments with non-standard equipment trouble shoot any problems they may have. Offer training on how to use the equipment and incorporate it into the classroom.

Upcoming Projects Remodel of Trafton Center 121. Specialized classrooms for different departments. (Biology) Working closely with facilities on the new Trafton Building and Remodel and the new dorm building. Continuing our recycling phase.

Recycling Phase We are currently on a 5 year recycling plan. 33 rooms will be upgraded this summer. They will receive a newer and brighter projector. They will get new Crestron Touch panels. They will be added to our E-control system.

Moving Forward: Where are we going? Installing our own equipment. Create our own programming. Continue adding classrooms to our E- Control system. Work more closely with different departments to meet their growing technological needs.
