Whole communities impacted by wide spread flooding

Locating In-Fill building lots out side the 100 year flood plain

Acquiring lots with available infrastructure connections will accelerate replacement housing efforts while raising the local tax base.

BY PLACING HOME SITES IN VACANT “IN-FILL” LOTS, COMMUNITIES ARE ABLE TO RETAIN THEIR TAX BASE AND PROVIDE A SUSTAINABLE ENVIRONMENT FOR NEW HOME OWNERS. SCHOOLS, CONVENIENCE STORES, AND CHURCHES ARE WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE. THESE REPLACEMENT HOUSING LOTS ARE WELL OUTSIDE THE 100 YEAR FLOOD PLAN. THESE REPLACEMENT HOUSING LOTS ARE WELL OUTSIDE THE 100 YEAR FLOOD PLAN.
