8. 8 TASK FORCE RECOMMENDATION Reduce Financial Strain on Inmate Families FDC has successfully reduced the cost of inmate phone calls. FDC has reduced the cost of canteen items for inmates and family members in visiting areas. LBR Request: $4.6 million for restoration of administrative process fees for inmate bank Exploring utilization of calling cards.
