Job agencies  One of the organizations which use a large amount of Social Media  Recruitment but also other things and processes in the organization  Development & Training  Marketing and sales are also based on the popularity of an organization. Social Media plays a big part in the marketing and sales, this is the place where a lot of new connections and also profit can be made.

Within a job agency, profits  Less time needed to fullfill vacancy’s  More time to do other internal tasks  Better image and popularity  TIME IS MONEY! $$$

Social Media, not only for numbers or profit…  But also for popularity  When an organization is popular, people attend to buy rather the brand they already know, than an unknown brand  (think of brands like Coca Cola or Phillips)  This is one of the reasons Social Media is making its way to the top
