Climate The yearly temperature range of the Tundra is -12°C to 34°C.

Location The Tundra biome is located at the top of the world, or the North Pole, and south of the polar ice caps.

Dominant Animals The Tundra is an extremely cold are with frozen land, so only the toughest of the tough can survive here. Creatures such as Polar Bears, Caribou, and Arctic Foxes.

Vegetation With a short growing season which blossoms in the summer, the Tundra is dominated by moss and grasses. Although, there are a short variety of plants such as Labrador Tea, Bearberry, and the Arctic Willow.

Human Impacts There aren’t many positive effects of humans on the Tundra biome since not many live in that area, although scientists try their best to save endangered species. Negative effects include global warming and oil spills.
