How does BIRP work Register to become a “Citizen Scientist” –You will receive an Observer number from ADU Visit any Protected area and record the birds you see and their breeding status –I think I saw the bird but not sure of ID “0” –Seeing is believing “1” –Foreplay – Males displaying “2” –Homebuilding (Carrying nesting material) “3” –Bringing up the kids (Eggs in nest or feeding chicks) “4” –Pensioners (Not doing it now but did breed in the past) “9”
