10. Step 5 Accreditation, Full or Provisional Provisional Accreditation In certain instances it may prove to be impossible for a Provider to meet all the Conforming Requirements, which are specified in this document.

Step 5 continue… Under such circumstances, and at the sole discretion of FIETA ETQA, Providers may be Provisionally Accredited for an agreed period, which may be extended provided that the interests of both the learner and the industry concerned are protected during the implementation of a mutually agreed action plan for full Accreditation.
