Course description examines the evolution of enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems studies the issues that managers will need to consider in implementing ERP systems examine the general nature of enterprise computing, re-engineering principles technical foundations of client/server systems enterprise information architectures

Course description learn about the different vendors of enterprise information systems and their products the tools and methodology, modules, processes, and industry initiatives the future and predict ERP trends the potential and limitations of ERP systems

Objectives/Learning outcomes/Capability development This course encourages students to develop an understanding of the impact of ERP systems on business and to understand the issues involved in the design and implementation of these systems.
