Where do Americans stand with being fit?  Do we have our priorities straight?  We need to make time for ourselves?

In today’s society we are faced with many Americans grossly overweight.  Table 2. It’s never to late to start  Ignoring weight issues will not make them disappear  Thinking about being active and doing it are too different things  Get fit America and enjoy a healthier prolonged life because of it.
