6 Need for Flexibility The objectives and requirements of Transformation-related projects will vary from client to client. Offering components and deliverables have been designed as generic as possible to ensure the flexibility of their application to projects. For example, consider the following two prospective clients: Client A - has requested current state documentation that is focused on accounting controls to be used to identify control weaknesses and gaps in current state processes Client B - has requested current state documentation focused on identifying how similar data is obtained and used throughout the enterprise for the purpose of consolidating processes and improving data capture and utilization Project approaches and level of documentation will differ significantly between the two projects, however both fall within the Transformation Offering Transformation Offering Summary

7 Sample of Past Transformation Projects ClientProjectYearTransformation Activities ARCSubsidiary Accounting Evaluation 2012Project overview, Future State implementation plan, Solution roadmap ETradeProcedural Documentation and BPR Recommendations 2012BPR, Process Flows, Current State, Future State, Recommendations GNMAULDD Project2012Current state assessment of delivery data, recommended the development of a strategic roadmap and 6 implementation options with associated pros, cons, risks, issues and timelines. OCWENFRE Investor Reporting BPR Assessment 2012Conducted a thorough current state assessment (process view and data flow) and gap analysis of the Agency Investor Reporting function and recommended improvements through an implementation roadmap (plan, timeline for changes, costs, benefits). Also produced future state process flows and data / system views. Results were presented SF Business Head and CEO.
