Supported Employment (SE) is a service that helps people with various barriers find and maintain meaningful jobs in the community. Individuals are assisted in securing competitive employment or developing entrepreneurial opportunities that fit into the person’s preferences and abilities.

What do job developer do? Do you just have job banks? I’m not sure I want to work. I might lose my benefits?

Trial and Error Most employers only spend a short time on each resume. Customize it for the job Different approach for different delivery methods
