MTA Goals Additional Goal#1: Create an awareness of 21st century skills by teachers and administrators in each ESA region. Additional Objective #1: 355 administrators (50% of 211 superintendents and 249 of 497 principals) will have an awareness of 21st century skills as determined by a pre- and post survey administered at every 21st Century Skills Awareness presentation. 96 of 355 Additional Objective #2: 1,125 teachers (1/8 – 788 of 6,300 elementary and 338 of 2,700 secondary teachers) will have an awareness of 21st century skills as determined by a pre- and post survey administered at every 21st Century Skills Awareness presentation. 523 of 1,125
