OUTSTANDING ACHIEVEMENTS 2011-12 THE ADITYA BIRLA PUBLIC SCHOOL KOVAYA, AMRELI, GUJARAT OUTSTANDING ACHIEVEMENTS 2011-12 ACADEMIC: 15 students of Std-XII had been selected for the various professional courses after appearing in the competitive examinations (AIEEE-8 students & GUJCET-15 students). 2 Students had been awarded outstanding performance certificate for obtaining A1 grade in CBSE AISSE’2011 examinations. Two students Master Daashrathy Shrikant and Master Brijesh Saparia of Std-10 had been selected by the CBSE for CSIR Programme on Youth for Leadership in Science 2011 held at Bhavnagar . Four Students Master Rohan Mehta, Miss Riya Gupta, Miss Mansi Kamani & Miss Tanvi Bhatt had been selected in the State Level Science Camp at Rajkot. Master Chandresh Vala &Master YashPande secured in the national level ,silvermedal ,Rs 500 cashprize each and a Manorama GK book in the All India Talent Search Examination held in the year 2011. Ms.Srushti Chirag Shah of Std-5 was declared winner for mentally solving 30 division sums in 2.31 minutes and her name was entered in the Limca Book of Records. Towards Go Green – The School received Green School Award from Centre for Science and Environment, Delhi.

OUTSTANDING ACHIEVEMENTS 2011-12 ABPS - KOVAYA OUTSTANDING ACHIEVEMENTS 2011-12 SPORTS: Master Shubham Singh secured 3rd position (U/14) in the State Level Swimming Competition at Surat. Five students Master Dhruv Barad, Master Arun Chauhan, Master Nikunj Devda, Master Aditya Jain and Master Kavan Thaker secured 2nd position in the State level U/16 Badminton competition at Bharuch. Four students Master Deep Pandya, Master Arun Chauhan, Master Bhavin Jadav & Master Dhruv Barad secured 1st position in the District level in the U/14 Badminton Competition.  Volley Ball team of the school stood 1st in the District level U/17.  16 students received cash prize worth Rs.1,35000/- in Swimming, Badminton and Table Tennis in the Khel Mahakumbh organised by the Government of Gujarat.

OUTSTANDING ACHIEVEMENTS 2011-12 ABPS - KOVAYA OUTSTANDING ACHIEVEMENTS 2011-12 MUSIC: 11 Students secured 1st position in Group song and 2nd position in Lok Vadhya in the District Level Bal Pratibha Shodh competition in Music. Master Yash Pandey and Master Harsh Marthak secured 3rd position in the State Level Bal Pratibha competition in Music. ART: 10 students bagged Gold Medals in Kalabharati Child Development Institute Pune.
