Funds Transfers A. LGU implementation LGUs to open Special Trust Fund Account for GPB funds; LGUs transfer funds to community groups to implement projects, or; LGUs manage funds for SPI through contracting; DSWD (through PRPU and RPMO) provides oversight, in coordination with the MAT; B. Agency Systems Implementation Funds transferred directly to community accounts. LPRAT (through the MCT and MIAC), assist BSPMCs in fund management; DSWD (through PRPU and RPMO) provides oversight, in coordination with the MAT;
