CEI History Founded in late 1980’s Incorporated as a not-for-profit 501 (c) 3 in 1991 Provides a cross-discipline bridge between public policy, ethics, corporations and IT One of the first organizations to confront the moral issues of information technology A leader in computer ethics discussion, debate and education
